web site display

Hello all-
Yet again I have a situation where I have built a site layout that I love in 
IE and then found out that it looks like crap in NN. :-) Can you please take 
a look at www.weno.net/school/home.html and tell me what causes the spacing 
between the table cells on the left gray portion. I have tried border 
cellspacing and cellpadding set to 0 and the horizontal line looking spaces 
are still there. I think it is something easy that I may have missed but 
don't really have the time to go through it right now. If nobody else does 
either that is fully understandable, but any help would be appreciated. 
:-)In additon, I get the digest version and would appreciate emails directly 
in addition to posting to the list.
