Newsgroups

Hi List,

My apologies for this off topic item and possible infraction of list
rules.

I have a client that has requested a price breakdown for a proposal I
submitted. Included in this proposal was the development of a newgroup
that would be a part of the site(like "hwg-basics(at)hwg.org"). I have so far
been unable to locate online, any threads that discuss newsgroup
development, management, pricing, etc. 
I realise that this is ISP and server based technology and that I should
speak to my clients host, unfortunatley I will have to do that after the
fact. 

However, I would like to give this client a guesstimate to invite further
discussion.

Anyone...anyone...
