    I used the validator Saturday .. and I didn't see a drop down menu to 
let me select validation type .. also the 3.2 doc type was in place .. the 
validator told me the doc type had errors .. as well as every tag in the 
whole HTML file ... this is why I asked if I need to go back and change my 
doc type declarations and revalidate my pages to 4.1 .. this seems a big 
task given the number of sites I have that
are pre HTML 4 .... all I wanted to do was update the front page of a couple 
of sites and add some new contact information .... but I do like my sites to 
validate ... personal thing .. never put the button on the site ...
