Cell width shifts

Hi List,

I believe I've isolated the cause of the cell shifts. 

It seems that width "values" hold in IE, but in NN, content can force the
table widths out unless a <br> is placed to hold the text at bay.

I'm going to test this theory out. 

A question for anyone with this experience, is this a hard and fast rule?
or is there a way of maintaining the integrity of the cell widths in NN.
