Table Problem in NN

Hi, can someone take a look at this URL www.toad.net\~sao index page and 
tell me why NN 4.7 shows the columns to the left.  In IE, it seems ok 
although I only tested it on my computer at work.  I'm going crazy, I think 
the table is centered, but something must be in it that's causing this 
problem.  Thanks so much.  Ronnie
