Because your page is primarily images of a particular size, you will
have better results if you set your tables and cells to actual pixel
widths rather than percentages. Currently, your tables are set to 85% of
the browser window. Set them to 600 pixels. And set the cell containing
the form to 158 pixels -- the difference between 600 and the width of
skaters.jpg (which didn't load, by the way).

Some browsers will not respect your setting of 158 pixel width. You can
adjust for that by putting an invisible gif in the cell that is 158
pixels wide.

Of course a 600 pixel-wide table will leave a lot of white space on a
1024 pixel screen. But at least your content will remain centered and
aligned.
