disappearing swatches in ImageReady 2.0

Hi. 

I'm really hoping that one of you can save my sanity
here.  My ImageReady keeps losing my swatches.  The
palette is there, but it's empty.  

I can load the swatches file in manually and they work
as long as the application is running, but the next
time I use ImageReady, the swatches are gone again. 
It's a real pain.

I'm running this on a PC with Windows NT. I found
nothing about this in the Adobe knowledge base.  Does
anyone know how to fix it?
