re: browser audience targeting

Hello to HWG-Basics:

I am trying to get a grasp on audience browser choice,
and have a question related to it.

The question I have is, what audience generally uses
Netscape 4, IE 4 or older for browsers? I am
interested in a general demographic on this, if
possible.

If anyone could answer this question, or could
recommend me to information on this, I would be most
appreciative.
