Converting files from proprietary word processor

Hello all,

I have a client that has several pamphlets that he wants laid out for the 
web, they have been written with a stand alone word processor (Brother, I 
believe) Does any one know how to go about transferring this to a PC. I want 
to know before I tell him I can do this. Otherwise I will probably have to 
type them all (about 200 pages) from hard copies. Not something I look 
forward to as I type about 30 words a minute at best.
