Shopping Cart on NT

Hi,

I have a client that is setting on an NT server that needs a shopping cart.
I normally work off a Unix and do not have any recommendation for a
shopping cart that works well on an NT that does NOT have Perl installed on
it. I would like to have it have most of the bells and whistles, and
basically be able to just add it to the current pages, if possible. 

Any suggestions??
