Hi David,

*yikes* that's a tough one to answer because of the variance in cost from
area to area and whether the user *actually* uses it to "make a living", or
simply to check their mail in a flash.

~personally~ yea - oh yea. Definitely.

In my area (North Florida) for even a semi-professional (developer), it
would be hard NOT to justify the cost. In my situation, it's a complete no
brainer.
