Mike, it is my _opinion_ that provided your demographics support Ted's
solution is should be viable.

NOT a solution, but better than graphics containing the text by a very,
very long shot !!

On a side note, show your boss one of those "pixel level" control sites on
a shiny new lap top running the browser of your choice - the newest version.
