In a word: No

You *may* get a browser specific answer or two . . . although I am
~completely~ unaware of even browser specific code to allow this, but I can
tell you FOR SURE there is no way to accomplish this using real HTML.

As for a solution . . . 

I'm thinking a script of some sort may do the trick, but it would be
complex, requiring someone with extensive knowledge of SSI languages.
Perhaps . . . the "servers" list could point you in the right direction(?).
