is but one of may available copies of the ASCII Latin1 Character set.

Some of us anal retentives out here who have very old fashioned idea about
the way things *actually* work have used this set for many many years with
ZERO defects.

Of course, based on that criteria alone, I'm sure it should be rejected,
but that is the best I can do.
