don't worry about what's missing. Concentrate on what's there.

It is ample proof/evidence that this application should be removed from the
machine and the co worker told: "Gee, sorry pal, but the media lied to you;
You NEED to know HTML in order to build web pages."

Of course, just my humble opinion.
