The person must sign onto AOL under their master (original) screen name.
They must then use keyword (ctrl K) "screen names" (without the quotes).
Once they get to this screen names area, they can create an additional
screen name (email address) for their account.  AOL allows 5 separate
screen names (or email addresses) for each account.
