Free Javascript Problems

Hi everyone,

My friend and I are trying to play around with a free javascript
code that we got from The Javascript Source. It's supposed to
allow the user to drag and drop images from one part of the
screen to another. It will do this...sometimes. But, it looks awful 
on all my browsers, gets an error message in my IE, and 
doesn't work at all in Opera. 

We are javascript dummies. I just look at the code and my head
starts to spin. Are there any javascript gurus out there who
can help us?
