Actually, the last answer was too brief.  I can neither send nor receive HTML 
mail.  If someone sends an HTML newsletter to me, for instance, I just get 
the code.  If I want to see it in all its glory, I save the mail, drop it 
into a simple text file with an HTML extension, then open up in a browser.  
As my grandmother would say, "Feh!"
