how to hide full url?

Hi,
How do you go about setting up your site so that when someone clicks on a
link,
the browser will still show your url and not the new url with link.
example:
if I had www.mysite.com and someone clicked on faq.htm I want the url to
still say www.mysite.com instead of www.mysite.com/faq.htm
How do I do this?
