Hi Dick,

When you open Notepad, select "all files" and open the html file. It will
open since it's text. Now, do a "save as" and make sure that you *still*
have "all files" selected and NOT .txt files. Save it has blah.html.

Easy peasy.

As to your background question, there are any number of reasons why they
may not be showing up and if you could post a sample of your code, that
would be helpful.

If you leave the <img src=> in your tag line, it won't work, if you leave
the quotes off either end of the tag, it won't work, if the file is not
uploaded to your server, it won't work. Kinda hard to tell without either
seeing the code or the URL would be even better still :)
