not to my knowledge.

It's conceptually possible, but extraordinarily complex because (as you
know) the viewer normally sets those options. In order to make that work a
script that would control the printer directly would be required.

Because there are 643million different printers (ok, maybe i'm exaggerating
a little) writing a script that would talk to any/all of them would be . .
. no fun. If it was (practically) possible at all.
