Ummmm. "They" say it distracts the viewer from the balance of the page
(keeps drawing the eye(s) back to it).
I (with both of them) tend to agree, FWIW.
But like I said . . . I _certainly_ don't hate it, it makes my bank account
fat and happy. I hate the current lack of (browser) support for CSS and XML
- with a Fuzzy little passion.
