Michael,
let me start by saying I am not even close to sure about this being your
solution . . . but , , ,
I do know that in the past (read: some older browser versions) I have had
this same type of error using either/both PHP and cgiemail. It seems some
browsers treat tables as 'unique' or 'separate' entities from the page as a
whole. An example being the need to define font attributes in each table cell.
Anyway . . . what I wound up doing was putting the form method declaration
*inside* the table (usually in the cell(s) with the "submit" and "reset"
buttons).
Again - please, this is only thinking out loud - take it for what it's worth.
HTH,
Fuzzy.
