Ken, the only way I am aware of is to stop calling "new.htm" from the links
on "threeframes/3contribs/oxley3contribs.htm" (for instance).
See? all of those files (oxley3contribs.htm, barr3contribs.htm) all call
framesets where "new.htm" is loaded into that top frame (a new top frame, I
might add) . . . and MSIE is in fact seeing that happen . . .
so I'm beginning to wonder if I understood your question, because MSIE *is*
following your directions,,,,, I'm pretty sure.
