Well, being as how Ted has mentioned me specifically, I'll throw in my two
cents - and it won't take long.
See,,,, Ted hit it pretty much right on the head, so did the other
Gentleman. The real key is knowing the HTML/CSS/JavaScript/PHP/SSI/ASP -
whatever - to the point of fluency.
Then things get difficult. But that's another topic.
