Fuzzy is twisting the thread.

Holly's recent request RE: Recommendations reminds me of a question I wave
been wanting to ask. As I'm Fuzzy, I'm going to ask it in my own
bass-ackwards way.

Would those of you out there that *actually* hand code, pretty please, take
a couple of minutes and send the list a couple of your favorite URLs? The
ones ~you~ use, and useD when you were learning HTML.

I recall when I began learning HTML, you still had to crank the handle on
the side of the CPU to get it to run - you know, like old fashioned phones.
Just kidding . . well, sorta.

Anyway, I had just discovered the GUI, oh yea, it had been around a while -
I just never had any use for it. Two things struck me like a rock the first
time I "saw" the WWW; it was distracting, and I was fascinated. I wanted to
know how they got them colors and stuff up there!

Here's how I did/do it:

http://www.hwg.org
http://www.htmlhelp.com/

and with a grain of salt; http://www.bignosebird.com/

HTH,
Fuzzy.
