Hi Jen,

Try this URL:

It has a download called "Mailto Formatter" (1.33MB, Win9x) which can take this

"This+is+a+test&Name=Joe+public&Comment=I+am+happy%21"

and convert it on your computer to this

This is a test
Name=Joe public
Comment=I am happy!
