There are numerous tag nesting errors on this page. You should run your 
code through a validator and fix these errors. The most grievous error as 
far as Netscape is concerned is that you never closed the table you opened 
on line 35. I believe it's the main page content table.

Do a online search for validators. There are several you can download and 
use, as well as using one of the many online resources. Fix the errors one 
at a time and revalidate. Sometimes fixing one item can cure a whole host 
of ills.
