I can't believe no one answered! Basically, you would have to go with cgi 
or some other programming script that would process the form. The e-mail 
alert is standard with the type of form action the client has in place now.

I had the most success with forms and form processing and the whole cgi 
thing (learned enough to head to php anyway) at http://www.bignosebird.com/
