http://www.snafu.de/~tilman/xenulink.html -- You can download Xenu and run 
it off-line, or open it while on-line. It generates nice reports and I 
really should use it more often, actually, I keep forgetting I have it. 
But, it's a good program, and, last time I looked -- free.

I believe the W3C also has a link checker in the validator program 
somewhere, but I'm not positive. I thought I saw something there.

Also, some html tools also offer link checking -- HomeSite has a tool that 
I haven't used yet because I'm used to Xenu now, even if I don't run it as 
often as I should.
