Continueing table woes

I have been "remodeling". I have taken my website out of frames 
and  rebuilt it in tables. My problem is on the contact page my navigation 
links at the bottom of the page do not want to line up.I can't see what I 
am doing wrong. I need some fresh eyes. Please help me find my error so I 
can move on to something else.
