Continued table woes [but getting closer]

I have rewritten the tables that will not show up in NN. WOW what a 
learning experience. Now, my question. The table on  my service page 
doesn't line up right.  The right hand table has everything way down low in 
the table. I have "valigned=top" but that isn't doing it. Please tell me 
what I have done wrong. All the pages except the contact us page are 
validated. I am still working on the contact us page.

Also the services page and the contact page [the table there isn't 
corrected yet] load VERY slowly.I'm not sure why.
