If I'm not mistaken, that will make a uniform space all the way around the 
images.  I need more space on the sides and less on the top and 
bottom.  Then I thought about margin or padding in CSS, but when I checked 
the browser charts, those are poorly supported.  It looks like I'll be 
changing my DTD.
