RE: "navy" color in gif

Well, even though there are hundreds of various color charts online, I did 
up my own a few years ago because I couldn't ever find one that suited my 
needs when I needed it. Might as well share it...it's just collecting dust 
anyway.

The main reason I did this up was so that I could drop in background images 
or colors at will, and see which colors worked best with it. Also, as most 
of us know, a color that seems to look great as a block of color sometimes 
looks horrid as the text color, and vice versa. So I made sure I was able 
to check both blocks of color and text color against any background. And of 
course I wanted to be able to copy/paste the codes, so it's all done in 
html rather than graphics.
