It occurs to me that it takes just as long to be rude and sarcastic as it 
does to be polite and usually folks respond much better to politeness. It's 
all fine and dandy to say what you think, but it's all too easy when you 
have the anonymity of a computer screen, to be offensive.

Take that same attitude/tone into the "real world" and I have a feeling 
that it wouldn't take long for a client to take their business 
elsewhere...I know I would.

Nobody is asking for "warm fuzzies" here...(with apologies to the Capt) 
just, as Dusty says, common courtesy.
