John,
I might be on the wrong tram here, but have you considered someone like
Paypal ?
I have a site where folks can make a purchase with their credit card, the
money goes into my Paypal account and I simply log in and transfer the
funds into an account here in Australia that I set up specifically for that
purpose.
Am I oversimplifying what you might need ?
