Textarea not showing in NN??

HiYa....

Would someone please look at:
http://www.br549.com/convoy/index.htm

Then click on POST.  IE shows the "textarea" as it should, right underneath 
the word "COMMENT:" however NN4.73 does not. Can some one see why this is???
