Blue, I have recently signed up for hosting with AllSite they are based in 
the UK, but have offices (from what i understand) in USA, Malaysia, and 
somewhere in UK. I am satisfied with there services and got there package 
for $20.00 for the year. They are currently running a 20 dollar promotion 
on one of there 59 dollar packages. There email support is fast, but i 
haven't had to call them yet. They also support ASP, CGI, Perl, SHTML, and 
iHTML. They have front page 2000 server extensions. The address

GREAT customer service and tech support actually seems to know what they 
are talking about.  Tech support is not 24 hours by telephone yet but is 
very fast during business hours (no long waits on hold).  Prices are very good.

Pair Networks - www.pair.com
Very reliable service and excellent prices.  They do not offer tech support 
by phone which makes me VERY nervous and I don't put my paying customers on 
their servers but I've never had any problems with them.

Please add to this list.  I think this could be a great benefit to a lot of 
us.  (Also, if anyone is wondering, I just reread the list rules and 
guidelines and this seems to be allowed.  I am not affiliated with any of 
the preceding companies.  I also have a longer list of companies NOT to
