Absolutely,. If you were to set size by using the font tag: <FONT size="+1">,
and you're visitor had the base font at a size of 4, then the text size 
would be displayed at 5. All relative sizing would be done against the 
setting that your visitor set in his browser preferences. The default size 
in most browsers is 4.
