Hate to tell you , but I have spent the last several weekes on js that was
written for both NS and IE4+. NONE of these scripts show up. Not a one, and
no errors showing in Netscape for Java below. Even the Comet Cursor Script is
not there.
The Java Console does not work, and there is no access to history.
It also added 10 secs on the loading time and then puts up part of a page
here, and then part of a frame there.
They ought to outlaw it.
I am so mad I could spit! Weeks of work on these frames, and these pages,
and more to do, I will at least say they showed up in NS4.7.
Also, Beta is unsupported, and if it messes with your system there is no
backup. I am glad I did not volunteer when they offered.
If this is the new Netscape, I know I will remain forever with IE and
Windows.
DO you really think that EVERYONE is going to have the time and knowledge
to learn to use Linux?? Half the users never even had a DOS course, let alone
UNIX>.
I think the ability to use different OS is great, only posititve thing
this piece of S**t has going for it. I will agree on one count, Apple was a
charm. Thanks Steve!

Sorry all, I am mad! All this time, work, energy, to see Netscape screw
it up so bad that I am not sure if I even want to keep the pages. Oh, it
also muddled the UBB scripting on my Navbars. Thanks for nothing Netscape!
And the fact that Microsoft did help me set up a system for being able to
test each browser, and Netscape is unwilling. I can have only one Netscape
browser. What a joke!
