It stands for Bring Your Own Access - meaning if for instance you install 
cable or DSL or satellite and don't use AOL as your ISP, AOL will reduce your 
monthly billing charge.

But if you don't access AOL via this other ISP and instead dial up via one of 
their AOLNet or SprintNet access numbers, then you'll be billed at an hourly 
charge...
