Hi, everyone,

I have been working on a site for a client who does legal consulting. She has
asked me to design a page that is very similar to one of her competitors. She
wanted me to lay it out almost exactly as her competitor's, but I took the
information she gave me and tried to design a unique site for her. They are
both in the same business, providing the same service, so of course the
information will be similar. But she recently asked me to include a page of
links on her site. She simply sent me a fax of the competitor's links page and
asked me to put that on her site. I feel weird about doing this - I don't see
why she can't have offsite links, but I feel as if I would be stealing if I
just simply took all those links and then stuck them into my design template.

The two sites in question are:

My client's site: http://www.imagineservices.net/~ejs/
Her competitor: http://www.southerncare.com/

I would appreciate anyone's input on this. I am new in business and I am
striving to provide a good service, but I also want my business to be run in an
ethical and professional manner.

TIA!
