This list

Apropos the recent correspondence between Mr Ocean and other parties, 
and other postings; to the web novice the tone of this list is 
generally intimidating and judgmental. I'm truly grateful to those 
busy people who were kind enough to answer my basic question 
recently, but this list reminds me of the employer I just left where 
points scoring was the order of the day and  people, not  issues, 
were seen as the problem.

Maybe this is a cultural difference?
