The simple answer is to add the form entry items to your website.

In order to process those cards, the company must have an account 
with the cards they plan to accept so that the cash is directed to 
their checking account.

Most web buyers prefer a secure connection so they are assured the 
information they submit is not being intercepted by someone 
unauthorized to access their personal information and account data. 
In such a case, an ISP or web host should provide a secure server so 
the appropriate pages are placed accordingly.

As you can see, much depends on how you are processing the 
information.  I hope this helps.
