bouncing logo

Hi All,

My web client says the logo on his page bounces back and forth while it's loading. I think he's using IE 5 on Windows.  I viewed it in IE 5 and Net 4.79 on a Mac and it looks fine to me. Can anyone see anything wrong with my code please?
