I'm new to most of this myself. I've been getting heavily involved with 
design and such for only about 6 months now, and plan to take my CIW 
Webmaster test in the next week or so.

Of all the many design/developer sites I've checked out, these are my 
favorite (favourite?) design tutorial sites. They've helped a lot in
