'send mail' FP98

How do I set up my FP98 to be able to send form results to an Email address.  
When I chose this, FP tells me that "your front page server extensions have 
not been configured to send email.  Please direct your system administrator 
or internet service provider to follow the instructions at 'setting up your 
email transport in the \SERK\enu\admin.htm file on the front page cdrom"

Can anyone help me set this up?
