Under my not too close scrutiny, you seem to be mixing absolute and relative 
sizes for your type.  Netscape is already style-sheet challenged so I wonder 
if this just adds to the problems you're encountering.

If I "unlink" your stylesheet, problems go away and I can manipulate the type 
any way I want....

Have you tried creating another class in your style sheet for that small 
section you are referring to?

I'll try to take another look later in the day - unless someone beats me to 
the solution first....  :-)
