virtual terminal

Hi,

A couple years ago, I started an online business on a whim.  To make a long 
story short, it failed.  But during the course of getting it up and running, 
I purchased a virtual terminal contract through E-commerce exchange, which 
ran me 39.95 per month on a 3 year contract.  This allows a seller to process 
credit card transactions via a web site of the people who buy their products.

I now want to be able to get out of the lease, but I'm told that the only way 
it to transfer it to someone else who has this need (25 months remaining).  
Does anyone know anyone that this would be valuable for?  I would really like 
to be relieved from this monthly expense since I no longer have the business.
