Use JavaScript to control the frames. I know there a plenty of good =
tutorials out there on this; dealing with four frames could get confusing =
at times, but it's not too hard.
Most likely you'll be using a Parent/Child reference when dealing with the =
individual frames (the parent being your frameset.html document, the =
children being the four individual html files which represent each frame, =
respectively). Within the Document Object Model (DOM), frameset.html, I =
believe would be referenced in JavaScript as parent.top.document.etc. The =
individual frames would be referenced by name, so if you had one frame =
that was "nav", it would be referenced parent.nav.document.location.etc.
I'm a bit rusty on frames, but hopefully this might get you started.

Just have a question. If say I had a quad framed site=20
(http://www.geocities.com/pagan_prince/get-of-fenris-test/index.html),=20
how would I go about dynamically changing just the bottom (and possibly=20
the left hand) navigation frames so that they displayed different links=20
depending on what part of the site you were in?
